Employee Referral Bonus

Effective August 9, 2021, any employee who refers a person for employment at any of the Huron Casting family of companies will be paid $1000 for each referral who is hired full-time to work at one of our companies. To be eligible, the new full-time employee must work 90 working days.

Employees who refer new part-time employees will be paid $500 after the part-time employee works 45 working days.

Tooling Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated Tooling Engineer to join our innovative team at Huron Casting. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of designing and optimizing tooling solutions that enhance operational efficiency and safety. This position requires proficiency in Mastercam, blue print knowledge, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and good time-management skills.
