TIG Welder/Fabricator

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder and fabricator to join our team building the finest midget and sprint car racing chassis. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabrication, with a focus on precision and quality.

Duties

- Perform TIG welding on various metals such as 4130 chrome moly and stainless steel

- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications

- Use measuring tools to ensure accuracy

- Assemble and weld components based on chassis requirements

- Operate machinery as needed

Requirements

- Experience as a TIG Welder in a manufacturing environment

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings

- Mechanical knowledge for assembling and building and fabricating components

- Familiarity with basic math for measurements and calculations

- Ability to operate machinery

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with notching and milling machines is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
