Ticketed Plumber – General Contracting / Multi-Family Maintenance

Wolverine Industries is a busy general contracting company working primarily in multi-family buildings, commercial properties, and tenant improvements. We’re looking for a ticketed plumber who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can move smoothly from one unit to the next throughout the day.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who likes a mix of service work, fixture swaps, and light project plumbing—with the option to pick up handyman work if you’d like to fill out your hours.

Position Overview

Your primary role will be in-house plumbing for our multi-family and commercial maintenance division, including:

- Fixture replacements (faucets, sinks, toilets, shower trims, etc.)

- Waterline and shut-off valve replacements

- Toilet replacements and basic bathroom/kitchen plumbing

- Occasional snaking/clearing of drains

- Supporting commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects with plumbing rough-ins and tie-ins when required

- Working inside occupied suites during turnovers and maintenance work

This role is fast-paced and schedule-driven – you’ll often be moving from one unit to another in the same building or between nearby properties, so reliability, communication, and a good attitude are key.

What We’re Looking For

- Red Seal / Ticketed Plumber (or BC Journeyperson Plumber) – required

- Experience with:

- Fixture swaps and minor plumbing upgrades

- Waterline/shut-off replacements

- Basic drain cleaning/snaking

- Working in multi-family or strata buildings is a big plus

- Comfortable coordinating with office staff and site supervisors to hit daily schedules

- Professional, respectful, and tenant-friendly – you’ll be in people’s homes regularly

- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Hours & Flexibility

We are currently expecting:

- 20–30 hours/week of steady plumbing work based on our current maintenance and turnover schedule

- Option for full-time if:

- You’re open to doing some general handyman/maintenance work (minor repairs, small carpentry, misc. tasks), or

- You prefer plumbing-only, which we can discuss and try to structure based on workload and scheduling

We’re flexible and willing to build the role around the right person.
