Are you a strategic problem solver and enjoy taking initiative? If so, we are looking for a Terminal Coordinator that will provide administrative leadership, and technical direction focusing on Tank Farm and Pipeline operations. Develop and execute daily scopes of work to assist the Operations team as an interface between Projects, Support groups and Customer requests. You will ensure that construction and maintenance activities are effectively planned and executed to facilitate the safe and efficient movement of crude oil. #joinourteam
What you will do:
•Chair weekly Control and Coordination Meetings between projects, programs, and the Operations team.
•Prioritize and manage Service Requests (SRs) within the Central area, create follow-up MAXIMO work orders, and forward them to the Area Supervisors for approval.
•Lead shipper meetings for all lateral lines in their respective areas, acting as the single point of contact for lateral line coordination.
•Review, confirm and facilitate discussions with shippers for any identified COPAS related impacts.
•Oversee, manage, and ensure the efficiency of general site services and building maintenance.
•Provide support to the Maintenance and Operations teams.
•Collaborate with regional support groups to plan, prioritize, and implement work activities within the Athabasca Central Area.
•Participate in the Project Integration processes as directed by the Regional Execution Team for construction projects through various phases, including Design, Review, Construction, and Ready-to-Operate stages.
•You will undergo various background screening that includes but is not limited to a 5-year driving record, company sponsored medical and drug testing.
Who you are:
•Eight (8) years of previous field operations experience OR a related university degree and 6+ years’ experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
•Great teammate with strong interpersonal and organizational skills and demonstrated good contractor relations.
•Triage numerous requests from multiple groups and provide a clear path forward.
•Advanced Proficiencies with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Teams, Office.)
Working Conditions:
•Field (40%) and office environment (60%)
•Frequent travel within the region.
