Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Administrative Coordinator to handle a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
•Overseeing apartment management, including utilities, cleaners, and calendars
•Assisting with travel arrangements
•Supporting stock management
•Facilitating onboarding processes
•Ensuring staff safety certificates are up to date
•Reviewing monthly safety/truck inspections to ensure timely completion
•Finding hotel deals to optimize travel expenses
•Preparing monthly summaries for accounting with proper attachments to support corporate credit card expenses
•Ensuring staff adherence to spending limits guidelines for company credit cards
•Following up with staff for missing receipts
Responsibilities:
•Maintain accurate records and documentation for all assigned tasks
•Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations
•Prepare and submit reports in a timely manner
•Monitor compliance with safety and financial policies
•Provide excellent support to staff and management
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in an administrative role
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•Proficiency in M365 and other relevant software
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
•Knowledge of travel coordination and expense management is a plus

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
