NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time Technology Superintendent in Madison, Wisconsin.
Job Summary
•Supervises & coordinates work at jobsites and plans labor/material requirements
•Analyzes blueprints effectively for jobsite knowledge and planning of upcoming tasks to anticipate labor, equipment, material, and training needs
•Visits multiple jobsites and interacts with crews, customers, leaders, and general contractors to ensure jobs are running as expected
•Maintains accurate installation plan utilizing document management system & change logs
•Ensures projects completed on time and within quality standards
•Enforces company & customer safety policies & procedures, completes jobsite safety inspections and daily jobsite safety forms, and leads jobsite toolbox talks
•Understands customer expectations, serves as main customer contact for inquiries or concerns, and attends site and project meetings as required
•Facilitates installation of pathways/cabling and installation/termination of peripheral devices
•Ensures programming and testing of Systems completed per specifications
•Facilitates Systems Training for customers
•Provides quality customer support services.
Qualifications
•15 years recent low voltage installation experience with 5 years supervisory experience
•BICSI Installer or Technician Certification required, BICSI RCDD Certification a plus
•Proficient communications and Personal Computer/MS Office Suite (EXCEL, WORD) skills
•Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and MVR check, and drug-test as may be required per federal or client contract, or DOT policy
