The Senior Technology Manager is a hands-on, visionary leader who drives all facets of technology infrastructure, AV systems, IT operations, and digital innovation across both construction and entertainment divisions. This role will oversee the planning, deployment, and maintenance of technology systems across multiple facilities, ensuring seamless integration into construction and operations projects. The Senior Technology Manager will work cross-functionally with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to align technological investments with organizational goals.

ESSTENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Develop project timelines, milestones, and budgets for AV & IT deployments.
•Work closely with construction teams, IT providers, AV integrators, and vendors to align technology installations with overall project schedules.
•Ensure AV & IT requirements are properly documented and incorporated into project plans.
•Manage relationships with AV integrators, IT service providers, contractors, and equipment vendors.
•Review bids, contracts, and service agreements to ensure project goals are met.
•Coordinate vendor site visits, walkthroughs, and progress meetings to keep projects on track.
•Monitor cable, network, and AV hardware installations to ensure compliance with project specifications.
•Work with vendors to ensure testing, commissioning, and training are completed before project handoff.
•Identify risks, delays, or installation issues and resolve them through proper escalation channels.
•Maintain detailed project records, as-built documentation, and closeout reports for AV & IT systems.
•Communicate project updates, risks, and budget status to stakeholders and leadership.
•Ensure all warranties, service agreements, and technical documentation are properly stored and managed.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
•Strong project management experience in AV, IT, low-voltage systems, or construction technology projects.
•Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
•Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
•Familiarity with AV/IT infrastructure (e.g., cabling, networking, control systems) to oversee projects effectively.
•Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project or similar).
•Experience with budgeting, contract review, and vendor negotiations.
•Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Travel up to 50% of the time based on job location.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
•PMP, CTS, or ITIL certification
•Experience in sports facilities, entertainment venues, or commercial AV/IT projects
•Understanding of construction workflows and how technology integrates into buildouts.
