Standard Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Technology
Manager to lead the strategy, analysis, implementation, and management of technology
solutions that support our renewable energy operations. This role plays a critical part in
optimizing our internal systems, integrating technologies, and coordinating with vendors
to ensure successful deployment of software and hardware platforms. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in technology assessment, implementation and
- Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of technology platforms used
in solar design, project management, customer relationship management (CRM),
- Manage relationships with software and hardware vendors to ensure timely
- Oversee system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting to improve workflow
- Collaborate with Executive leadership, Engineering, Sales, and Operations
teams to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Monitor technology trends in the Home Services, solar and renewable energy
sector and recommend innovations that enhance business performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems architecture, workflows, and

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in technology management, with at least 2 years in the
- Proven track record of successful technology implementation and vendor
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, solar design platforms, and project
- Experience managing integrations between platforms (APIs, databases, cloud
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems in the energy or construction sectors.
- Experience with consumer facing lead generation/sales and communication
