$136,080.00 Minimum Starting Base Pay* + KPI Bonuses + Competitive Benefits

Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing thought leadership, vision, and overall management and performance of the portfolio. Ensures portfolio teams are aligned with business objectives and company strategy, that portfolio investments are focused on highest value opportunities for our business, and that value objectives for the portfolio are realized.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the portfolio strategy and roadmap

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the features and functionality required to deliver a best-in-class digital services

- Conduct research and analysis to understand business constraints and customer/user needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform technology decisions.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to digital services and capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

- Build, develop, and support high-performing cross-functional portfolio teams

- Engage with stakeholders to understand the most pressing business needs and opportunities and align stakeholders and portfolio teams around the highest value initiatives for funding and governance approval.

- Provide overall portfolio governance and oversight. Regularly reviewing portfolio performance with stakeholders to assess results and adjust priorities, strategy, and investments

- Identify key strategic outcomes and success measures for the portfolio

- Initiate, review, and prioritize all new requests for enterprise capabilities that need investment consideration and governance approval

- Ensure all technical solutions, projects, and initiatives are aligned to business objectives and company strategy

- Promotes a culture of collaboration, co-creation, and team success

- Track and optimize investments in digital capabilities to maximize business and business value

- Identify emerging business and technology needs

- Manage cross-portfolio dependencies and conflicts

- Builds and leverages deep business domain expertise to identify opportunities to improve or expand digital capabilities aligned with the business strategy

- Maintain the security of confidential information

- Stay abreast of advances in technology

- Demonstrate regular and prompt attendance

- .... Minimum Qualifications - (Education, Experience)

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Directly related experience may substitute for education

- Seven years of directly related experience including portfolio specific systems

- Preferred experience:

- Enterprise Portfolio Manager – ERP, HR, Asset Management, payroll, and/or financial systems

- Distribution Operations Portfolio Manager– Distribution operations, SCADA, OMS, Field Services

- Member Operations Portfolio Manager – Customer Relationship Management, Web, IVR, Billing systems, etc.
