The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT infrastructure, managing vendor and software relationships, and ensuring secure, scalable systems that support our business needs.
- Infrastructure Management:
Maintain and optimize IT systems including Meraki firewalls, Cisco switches, and VMware environments.
- Server Administration:
Oversee and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring system integrity, performance, and uptime.
- Backup & Recovery:
Manage and monitor backup solutions using Veeam to ensure data integrity and rapid recovery capabilities.
- Directory & Cloud Integration:
Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory integrated with Microsoft 365 for secure identity and access management.
- Software & Vendor Oversight:
Track and manage software licensing, renewals, and vendor performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related third-party providers.
- Security & Compliance:
Ensure cybersecurity best practices are implemented and maintained across the organization.
- Project Management:
Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, new software rollouts, and hardware deployments.

- Other duties as assigned.
- Deep knowledge of Meraki firewall configuration and management
- Experience with Cisco switching and network troubleshooting
- Proven skills in managing VMware virtualized environments
- Proficient in Windows Server administration
- Hands-on experience with Veeam or similar enterprise backup solutions
- Familiar with Active Directory integrated with Microsoft 365
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation abilities
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision
- Minimum 5 years in an IT Manager or equivalent leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA Security+)- Experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy industry (e.g., energy, finance, healthcare)
