We are currently seeking a full-time Technical Sales / Business Development Professional who is passionate about new technologies. Job Description and Responsibilities:

The Salesperson will join a cross-functional team to sell pioneering completion and production enhancement chemicals. This role reports directly to the President of TenEx and will involve expanding into other markets and applications. The ideal candidate is a hungry, achievement-driven self-starter with excellent communication skills and a disciplined work ethic.


What You’ll Do:

• Directly sell TenEx’s chemical products within the USA.

• Prospecting through direct calling on TenEx potential customer lists and aggressively pursue new business prospects to penetrate competitive accounts.

• Regularly visit customer sites to conduct sales presentations and meetings to build and maintain client relationships.

• Maintain an up-to-date customer/contact list in Pipedrive (TenEx CRM) to facilitate and track the distribution of marketing materials, leads, customer meetings, proposals, and all other related sales activities.

• Attend product-related technical shows and other marketing events to represent TenEx products and services.


• Attend weekly sales meetings.

• Submit accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts.

• Assist in marketing efforts to promote products and gain client feedback.

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to define and refine company products for clients.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree.


• Strong prospecting and deal closing skills.

• Perceptive problem solver / strong mathematical skills.

• Accessible to relevant Oil & Gas markets / territories.

• Proven ability to make effective and persuasive presentations to sell company products and services.

• Strong prioritization, time, and territory management skills to achieve sales goals.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, flexible, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
