Under the supervision of the Sales Management, this position performs a variety of customer service and inside sales functions.
· Inbound sales order processing, providing estimates and quotes, data entry and delivery planning.
· Outbound sales calls to contact new customers and increase market share.
· Responsible for handing customer inquiries in a time sensitive, professional manner.
· Develop customer relationships to ensure TCH is a valued supplier of choice.
· Stay current and up to date on customer market trends, new products, and the ability to pitch TCH products.
· Responsible to learn, apply, and speak to TCH product availability, use, benefits, and pricing structure.
· Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with company and department policies, procedures, and standards.
· Work with vendors and purchasing department for pricing and sourcing.
· Conduct other miscellaneous duties as assigned or needed.
· High school diploma required. Some college preferred.
· 2+ years’ experience working in a technical or industrial organization, providing customer service and inside sales support.
· Experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas and key performance indicators.
· Proficient knowledge of computers and relevant software applications including Microsoft Office & Adobe.
· Detail oriented, strategic, resourceful with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sense of urgency, prioritizing sales and excellent customer service.
· Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
· Additional product technical training may be required.
