Nu Way Concrete Forms, Inc., has been the industry leader in the manufacture, sales, and rental of concrete forms, equipment, and accessories since 1955. Headquartered in south St. Louis County, we also have facilities in Jefferson City, Jackson, and Wentzville, MO and Troy, IL, giving us the opportunity to provide quality service to all of southern and central Missouri and southwestern and central Illinois. Originally founded by brothers Adolph and Arthur Rhomberg, Sr., who were carpenters, both involved in the industry during the days when forms for each concrete foundation or wall was individually built on-site from timbers and boards. The business grew throughout the years and continues to grow not only in product lines but reputation. Nu Way also has a full-line Rental Depart to rent most equipment that is sells. The Nu Way Companies continue to be operated by the Rhomberg Family, and maintains the hard-working business philosophy started by Adolph and Art Sr.

This is not your typical retail sales position. Anyone with previous hardware sales experience encouraged to apply.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 7am - 5pm CST; Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm occasionally

Inside Sales Requirements at Nu Way:

● High School Diploma or GED

● Two years of related experience in construction retail sales or construction retail customer service

BISTRACK EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIRED!

Examples of Inside Sales Duties and Responsibilities at Nu Way:

● Handle counter sales

● Show and educate customers on products in the showroom as needed

● Establish quotes for customers

● Process various types of orders for delivery

● Develop relationships with customers
