Sales Tech

POSITION SUMMARY: Individual reports to the Inside Sales Manager and is responsible for coordination and entry of quotes, releases, and sales orders into our systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Support the inside account managers as needed.

· Enter sales data into system as requested by account manager.

· Release pipe for shipment in the system.

· Expedite shipment, secure required paperwork, prepare sale for invoicing.

· Serve as liaison between the customer and accounting/invoicing personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

· High School Diploma (or equivalent)

· Basic computer skills

· Effective communication skills, both oral and written

· Good telephone skills

Preferred:

· Bachelor’s degree

· 2 to 3 years Inside Sales experience, preferably pipe or related product

· Oracle experience preferred

· Working knowledge of tubular goods
