Responsibilities:
•
Answer phones and provide friendly and polite customer service.
•
Manage customer issues and service to corporate standards.
•
Reply to quotes in a timely manner.
•
Service walk in customers as required.
•
Process customer orders through the computer system, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.
•
Read all attached spec sheets to ensure we are quoting proper goods in order to meet or exceed customer requirements.
•
Maintain strong relationships and teamwork.
•
Continuously maintain well-rounded knowledge of products sold.
•
Participate in physical inventory including communicating on descrepancies.
•
Prioritize and handle other duties within the branch as required.
Qualifications:
•
1 to 2 years previous customer service experience
•
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and personal commitment to get the job done
•
Demonstrated focus on “wowing” the customer with exceptional service
•
Knowledge of hydraulic products considered an asset
•
Superior interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills to effectively build relationships
•
Proficient computer skills and aptitude
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•
Possession of a valid driver’s license
•
Completion of High School Diploma
