Our Red Chris Mine, located in the heart of Northern British Columbia on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. A short distance from Iskut and Dease Lake, Our fly-in, fly-out site offers access from various points across British Columbia and Alberta. Red Chris currently operates as an open-pit copper and gold mine with a promising future to transition to a high-value underground block cave operation. Your Impact

AsTeam Lead, Mine Training at Red Chris Mine, you’ll lead a team of trainers and oversee the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of technical training for open pit operators. Your work will directly enhance safety, job performance, and operational efficiency through practical, standards-based instruction and digital training tools. This role plays a vital link between training programs and the evolving needs of the operation.

The offered base salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies, with consideration to internal equity. The expected salary range for this role is CA$103,300-137,700 . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
