Team Lead

We are looking for a results-oriented Team Lead to oversee and manage a team of production operators to achieve the organization’s goals.

The Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, guidance, training, and operational skills to build and inspire the team to perform at their best. This role requires creating a cohesive team that works efficiently together, grounded in humility, teamwork, honesty, and curiosity.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must have a proven track record as a Team Lead in the industrial sector—experience in the rebar industry is a plus. A top-performing Team Lead should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with the team, meet customer requirements, be goal-oriented, and efficiently manage the team’s day-to-day activities.
