Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and oversee complex transmission line projects, ensuring they meet client and internal performance indicators. Your focus will be on maintaining schedule and budget performance, enhancing project profitability, and fostering strong client relationships and satisfaction. Quality control and adherence to industry standards will be key aspects of your responsibilities.

The Technical Lead Engineer is responsible for performing engineering design on a variety of engineering tasks both independently and with ongoing supervision. The Technical Lead Engineer receives technical guidance, as needed, on new design topics that have not been experienced previously. The Technical Lead Engineer will also oversee the development of projects and assists the Project Manager with work. Leads other engineers on engineering assignments to develop required project deliverables consistent with project goals.
