Leads Team Member

The sales lead team is an integral part of the sales process for ES Solar and is a great opportunity to learn about business and sales processes without the stress of closing sales.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

- Manage sales leads inside of database as received by marketing efforts

- Schedule sales appointment leads to Energy Technicians

- Track sales leads by following up with Energy Technicians on results of appointments

- Process sales in the system when they are made by an Energy Technician

- Answer incoming phone calls when needed in regards to leads

Qualifications:

High school degree/equivalent

Basic customer service skills

Basic computer skills

Pay Scale: $14 - $17

Additional opportunities for monthly bonus and commission

Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (flexibility possible)

Saturday Availability would be an added benefit to team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
