Talent Coordinator – Engineering & Early Talent Programs
Location: Athens, TX (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: DOE + performance-based bonus
REI Utility Services is seeking a Talent Coordinator to lead recruiting for engineering, business development, and field leadership roles, while managing our Early Talent Programs, including Engineers-in-Training (EIT), co-op, and internships. This role is a critical connector between HR, department leadership, and external partners to ensure REI attracts and develops top technical and leadership talent.
The Talent Coordinator will manage full-cycle recruiting, coordinate onboarding, and build relationships with universities and professional organizations. You will ensure that early talent programs and hiring pipelines are aligned with REI’s operational needs and culture, creating a seamless and engaging experience for all candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting for engineering, co-op/internship, business development, and regional management positions.
- Design, coordinate, and manage the Early Talent Program (EIT/Co-op/Interns).
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, technical schools, and professional organizations.
- Track program success and recruiting metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align hiring, workforce planning, and development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of recruiting, talent coordination, or program management experience (technical/engineering preferred).- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience building relationships with universities or early career programs preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple recruiting pipelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
