Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently hiring for the following position:
The Program Coordinator will work for RHA in the Office of Community Partnerships and Strategic Communications helping to manage the State’s top public education and community outreach campaigns addressing California’s most pressing issues in partnership with trusted community partners. The Program Coordinator performs complex program support duties that may encompass database and user management, data entry, record keeping, data research and compliance analysis. Work in this position requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, organizational skills, multi-task orientation, excellent communication skills with client and subcontractors, time management and leadership skills. This is a remote position but Incumbent must reside within the Sate of California.
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience
- Three years of experience providing management support in a professional office environment
- Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
