Job Description

Reporting into the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and will play a critical role in maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for the business units they support.


What you're responsible for:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements for each role.

Offer guidance and advice to hiring managers on recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
Collaborate with HR teams and management to align recruitment efforts with overall business goals.
Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the ATS, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Execute sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for senior-level and specialized roles.
Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations based on interviews and assessments.
Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Actively promote the company’s culture, values, and employer brand to attract top talent.
Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities to represent the company and build relationships with potential candidates


Qualifications


To join our team:

Previous experience managing full cycle recruiting, sales, customer service
Knowledge and proven track record tapping traditional and non-traditional candidate natural habitats both online and in person
Knowledge in soliciting and utilizing employee referrals
Proficient at time management
A strong sense of urgency flexibility and adaptability
Persuasive and effective written and spoken communication skills
Fluent in French and English
