Noble is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to join our team to lead Training and Development initiatives and to guide our teammates and leaders in our development programs.

The Talent Development Specialist will work with teams across the organization to support, develop, and facilitate program training and internal development of teammates and leaders.

Responsibilities:
•Responsible for leading Noble's development training programs and initiatives.
•Provides guidance, direction, and advice regarding program training and internal development of teammates and leaders.
•Leads various mentorship programs with internal and external partners. Tailors the program to meet the individual mentees development needs, conducts orientations, identifies the key deliverables and follows up on progress.
•Assists mentors and mentees with performance related feedback conversations.
•Conduct regular check-ins and coaching sessions with development program trainees to assess development goals, provide feedback, and troubleshoot challenges.
•Supports business leaders and HR team with career pathing and career progression related conversations.
•Develops and implements new training programs based on organizational need; collaborates with subject matter experts, department leaders, and managers to ensure content is accurate, current, and aligned with business objectives.
•Identifies and presents new training opportunities for teammates in a variety of roles across the organization.
•Demonstrated ability for building relationships and providing support to our trainees, teammates, and leaders in the organization.
•Confers with management and/or conducts surveys to identify training needs based on operational requirements, position changes, and/or other factors.
•Assists with event planning and coordination of annual program events.
•Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
•3-5 years of experience in human resources or a related discipline, and a bachelor's degree in sociology, psychology, human resources or a related field. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
•Superior organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize and remain flexible while managing a dynamic workload and changing priorities.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent computer skills and experience working with MS Word Office Suite; including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
•Demonstrates a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality.
•Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills are essential, including working effectively with teammates at all levels to develop and maintain positive relationships.
•Must have the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate the execution of training programs.
Nice to Have:* Proven experience in the development, implementation, and oversight of corporate development programs.
•Experience working in a retail or whole environment.
