About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, with a focus on salaried and non-exempt plant-based roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.



What You’ll Do


Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activity and performance.
Participate in employer branding initiatives, college/career fairs and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.



Additional Expectation

Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.



What You’ll Bring


Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting, with a strong preference for recruiting within a manufacturing workforce.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems and HR software; experience with UKG is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Highly organized with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Skilled in managing multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Maintains a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
