Talent Acquisition Managerto lead and elevate our recruiting function. This is an exciting opportunity to shape hiring strategy, drive workforce planning, and support operational growth in a dynamic, field-driven environment.
What You'll Do
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across professional, exempt, field, and high-volume roles
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists
- Partner with senior leadership to align hiring strategies with operational and business goals
- Design and execute strategic sourcing and workforce planning initiatives
- Support hiring needs across multi-location, field-based operations
- Analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, pipeline health)
- Oversee offer approvals, compensation alignment, and negotiation processes
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety standards, and company policies
- Drive continuous improvement in recruiting systems, technology, and processes
You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while building scalable recruiting strategies that support sustained growth.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) - 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience
- Proven experience recruiting in a Specialized Industrial Services, Infrastructure Maintenance & Rehabilitation, or Construction environment
- Experience managing high-volume and professional recruiting programs
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience supporting multi-location or field-based operations
- Knowledge of EEO, OFCCP, and employment compliance standards
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and ADP
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
- Results-driven and solution-oriented
- Confident communicator who can influence at all levels
- Organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Committed to professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
