The Budget and Administration Supervisor is responsible for leading a team that consistently and accurately delivers business and financial information to senior leadership and others and collaborates across company functional groups. This role will ensure accuracy and timeliness of the budgeting and forecasting process, invoice processing, purchase and receipt of goods and services, third party contracting processes and safety compliance, and inventory and fleet management. The ability to serve as a business champion to continuously look for opportunities to optimize the financial performance and cost structure of the business and manage office, field facilities and support services are keys to success.
, Performs economic research and studies of rates of return, depreciation and investments. Analyzes profit and loss income statements and prepares reports on findings to make recommendations to management. Generates forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance and other areas of business. Researches economic progressions to assist the organizations financial planning. Creates financial models of "what if" scenarios to help future business planning decisions in areas such as new product development and new marketing strategies. Assists in the development of business policies.
