About The Role

As our Supply Chain Lead, you will own and build the entire supply chain function from the ground up. You’ll work closely with operations, engineering, and finance to ensure a seamless flow of materials, resilient supplier partnerships, and world-class processes that enable us to scale. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground level and establish the systems, processes, and teams.

Responsibilities

- Own, build, and eventually lead all aspects of the supply chain for both direct and indirect materials and services, including:

- Supplier sourcing, evaluation, and selection

- Contracting and negotiations

- Demand and supply planning (S&OP)

- Procurement, re-sourcing, audits, and sustainment activities

- Business systems implementation (ERP/MRP), training, and adoption

- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance to ensure no gaps in supply and minimal inventory levels.

- Establish scalable tools and processes for all supply chain operations.

- Maintain a “no job too small” mentality–rolling up your sleeves to execute today while building the team and systems for tomorrow.

Required Skills / Qualifications

- 5+ years of direct supply chain experience in a high-volume, in-house hardware manufacturing environment.

- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical manufacturing processes–whether through direct manufacturing, operations, engineering, or supply chain management experience.

- Proven ability to evaluate suppliers from technical, commercial, and operational perspectives.

- Advanced ERP experience (Odoo preferred).

- Expertise in supply planning, including MRP implementation and multi-level bill of materials management.

- Track record of success in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience building and leading a supply chain team from the ground up.

- Familiarity with global supplier networks and international logistics.

- Background in compliance, regulatory requirements, or certifications (ISO, ITAR, etc.).

- Prior startup or early-stage company experience.

- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams.
