Position Summary

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Director who thrives in a high-impact, high-accountability environment and leads from the front. At our ESOP-driven AECO companies, every team member is an owner, and we expect our leaders to act accordingly. You will be instrumental in driving our commitment to delivering innovative solutions and exceeding client expectations by overseeing the full spectrum of supply chain operations—procurement, logistics, vendor management, and inventory—with a keen understanding of our job shop environment and engineered-to-order processes. This includes the ability to drive and utilize multiple ERPs to optimize efficiency and data visibility. You'll achieve this while rolling up your sleeves and working alongside a small, agile team.

This role demands someone who can operate strategically but isn’t afraid to get hands-on, especially in navigating the complexities of manufacturing-oriented supply chains including unique challenges related to just-in-time delivery for large-scale projects and managing specialized long-lead materials.
