The opportunity:

- Thomson Power Systems (a Regal Rexnord company) is a leading manufacturer of electrical products and

- systems for use in the power generation industry for over 50 years. We are currently seeking a talented

- warehouse supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and manage all warehouse-

- related activities (receiving, kitting, shipping/logistics, and warehouse management) for the business

- through the Regal Business System (RBS) to meet our stakeholders' expectations and enable growth in the

- business. They will play a key role in creating a vision to achieve our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and

- long-term strategic objectives. This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited about being part of a

Main responsibilities:

- Drive the culture of zero safety incident for the department and the business.

- Develop and align the department around the business' KPI’s to achieve the AOP targets.

- Provide effective leadership, coaching, and training to department leaders.

- Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives through RBS to improve the department KPI’s.

- Maintain and improve daily productivity statistics, including but not limited to inventory target, cycle

- counting, inventory accuracy, E&O level, shipping count, receiving count, and kitting counts.

- Organize and lead the annual physical inventory count and corrective actions.

- Communicate critical department metrics to relevant business personnel.

- Be the central point of contact for all department related inquiries.

- Identify, recruit, and retain top talents to create a strong employee culture and engagement.

Education, experience and skills:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.

- Minimum three years of experience as a warehouse leader of people.

- Exposure to manufacturing processes.

- Demonstrated continuous improvement initiatives with results.

- Ability to use Lean CI tools: 5S, Std work, visual management, and problem solving.

Qualifications:

- Organizational and time management skills

- Attention to details

- Multi-tasking skills

- Communication skills in English: written and verbal

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Proficiency with ERP and MRP tools such as SAP, Oracle or equivalent
