Supervisor, Fabrication

Consider joining the Pennex family as a PEP (Precision Engineered Products) Supervisor at our Leetonia, OH location. This position will have the opportunity to lead, direct, coordinate, and supervise activities for the team of workers engaged in fabrication and value-added activities. The production activity supports structural, automotive, ornamental, and other aluminum products.

This position can be either first, second or third shift with the opportunity to go to 12-hour shifts with a rotating weekends.

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
