Duties

Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.

Coordinate workflow between different departments within the manufacturing facility.

Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Monitor equipment operation and maintenance, ensuring all machinery is functioning properly.

Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance outcomes.

Skills

•

Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

•

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues in machinery.

•

Experience working in a manufacturing facility, particularly on an assembly line or factory environment.

•

Familiarity with fabricating and assembling products using hand tools and power tools.

•

Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills to effectively manage a team.
