What You Can Expect Working in the Fabrication Supervisor

The Fabrication supervisor works under the direction of the Director of Manufacturing, and plans, directs, and coordinates activities of a team engaged in the fabrication shop for construction and welding of blast-resistant modular buildings, offshore modules, and technical buildings. As the Fabrication supervisor, you are integral in supporting Armoda’s goal of delivering customers a quality product on time. In this role, you will aid in the compliance of safety and quality standards. As a fabrication supervisor your responsibilities are important in meeting the company’s quality policy of providing quality products to our customers, delivered on time.

Supervisor Responsibilities

This job does have supervisory responsibilities including the oversight of work of up to 20 team members. As a people manager, you will coach and develop employees in alignment with company policies and values, referring more serious concerns to the Fabrication and Production Manager. You will be the direct contact for team questions and concerns and will support your team to maximize operational success.
