Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor of Boiler and Power Generation to lead our industrial maintenance team. In this vital role, you will oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of boiler systems and power generation equipment. Your leadership will ensure safe, efficient, and reliable energy production while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations of boiler systems and power generation equipment to maximize efficiency and safety.

- Lead maintenance activities including inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting of boilers, HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, and mechanical components.

- Review schematics and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions.

- Coordinate field service activities with technicians and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance related to industrial mechanics, boiler operation, and environmental standards.

- Train team members on best practices in HVAC, HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, and industrial maintenance procedures.

- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance audits.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in industrial mechanic roles with a focus on boiler systems or power generation equipment.

- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by familiarity with schematics and technical diagrams.

- Hands-on experience with hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and industrial maintenance practices.

- Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent customer service skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

- Field service experience preferred with a focus on troubleshooting complex mechanical issues.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
