We’re looking for a Human Resources Summer Student to join our all-star team. We’re looking for:

What you’ll do:

Here is a sample of what your workdays may look like:

- Champion NorthRiver’s culture by supporting inclusive and effective HR initiatives.

- Contribute to recruitment and onboarding activities.

- Assist with organizing and updating learning management system (LMS) files to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Contribute to data integrity efforts by auditing training records and implementing updates to the learning management system.

- Assist in planning and coordinating corporate and student events.

- Provide communication coverage when required.

- Support office efficiency by scanning and uploading documents into organized electronic filing systems.

- Provide coverage for the HR inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

- Support the team with other duties as required.

What you bring:

Required

- 3rd year student enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Human Resources, or related field.

- Experience with HRIS systems, Learning Management Systems and SharePoint would be considered an asset.
