This role is based out of our Corporate Office in South Portland, ME. We offer a hybrid schedule.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist with payroll, PTO processing, and benefits inquiries

- Maintain employee records and support HR reporting and compliance

- Help distribute performance reviews and update policies

- Take on special projects to expand your HR knowledge and capabilities

- Support Recruiting and Insurance teams with administrative tasks

Who You Are:

- High school diploma or equivalent (office experience preferred)

- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to a team
