Sr. Product Manager- eBOS

As part of our strategic growth, Nextracker is expanding its Electrical Balance of System (EBOS) capabilities, strengthening our ability to deliver integrated, high-performance solutions for solar power infrastructure.

We are looking for a

to lead the development and lifecycle management of key eBOS products. This individual will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of power electronics, wire management, and electrical interconnect systems that seamlessly integrate with Nextracker’s solar tracker platforms.

The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of electrical systems and product development, strong cross-functional leadership, and a data-driven approach to product decisions. This role is both strategic and hands-on, bridging engineering, manufacturing, and customer success functions.

Required Qualifications- A BS or MS Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering - 8+ years of experience with PV system design and applications.

- Good understanding of physics, component selection of semiconductor devices, magnetics, cable/bus bar and protection devices.

- Knowledge of UL & NEC compliance requirements

Willingness to travel (<10% of time) to China, Europe, and India.- Electrical Professional Engineer (PE) license will be highly considered

The annual salary range for this position is $185k to $195K.
