The Role
We’re hiring a Product Manager to support day-to-day execution across our product organization. This is a hands-on role — you’ll help manage roadmaps, handle customer support, run QA, maintain documentation, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
You’ll work across several teams, supporting both internal coordination and customer-facing tasks. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and jumping into whatever needs to be done and operating with very high urgency.
● Collect and organize product feedback from customers and sales
● Use Productboard to track, group, and prioritize feature requests
● Maintain and support backlogs across multiple teams
● Help run team standups and keep tasks moving forward
● Act as the first line of support via in-app support chat
● Own QA for new features and data releases — validate features, report and prioritize issues
● Join sales calls to help answer technical product questions
● 2–5 years of experience in product management or product operations
● Experience working on technical or data products is required
● Experience writing and executing QA test plans
● Familiar with Productboard, Intercom, and Linear (or similar tools)
● Willing to take on support, documentation, QA, or coordination tasks as needed
● Oil & gas experience is not required, but heavily favored

This is a broad role with a wide range of responsibilities. You’ll work closely with the VP of Product and cross-functional teams. You’ll be expected to manage your own work, move quickly, and help keep the business running smoothly.
