Position Overview: EverSource Staffing is recruiting Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) (Speech Therapists) on behalf of a partner organization to provide school-based services across all five boroughs of New York City. Roles are available for both summer and fall placements, with part-time or full-time flexibility. Compensation: $75–$85 per hour (1099 Contractor Role)

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to general and special education students

- Conduct sessions on-site during regular school hours

- Document progress using the new digital platform

- Collaborate with educators and parents to support student goals

- Follow DOE and NYS regulations for school-based speech therapy

Requirements:

- NYS Speech-Language Pathology License (required)

- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred

- Pediatric or school-based experience preferred

- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

- Must be able to work in-person within NYC
