Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Richmond, VA, for a Solar Technician. The Solar Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar power systems. Day-to-day tasks will include system troubleshooting, performing maintenance checks, and ensuring optimal solar power generation. The role requires adherence to safety guidelines and collaboration with project managers and other team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Experience with Solar Systems, Solar Industry, and Solar Power

- Proficiency in system Troubleshooting and Power Generation

- Strong comprehension of electrical equipment, tools, and safety protocols in solar installations

- Ability to interpret technical documents and diagrams

- Good physical condition to work in various outdoor environments

- Certifications in solar energy systems or relevant technical qualifications are a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is beneficial

- A valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally to job sites
