Entry Level Solar Sales Representative

Job Description: You’ll be the first impression each homeowner has by offering the opportunity to lock in their monthly electric bill at a considerably lower rate by switching to solar energy. By joining our team, you will be essential in helping us switch homeowners everywhere to the cleanest, most abundant renewable energy source: solar energy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing

- Schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with our solar specialists

- Follow up with leads, answer customer questions, and provide exceptional customer service.

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

- Document all homeowner communication and daily activity via CRM and KPIs.

- Attend all mandatory office meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay informed and improve sales skills.

Qualifications:

- You MUST have a car and a valid driver's license.

- Strong communication and persuasive skills.

- Highly self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently and as a team member.

- Comfortable working in a commission-only role with high earning potential.

- Previous sales experience is beneficial but optional; we provide comprehensive training.

- Passionate about renewable energy and helping people.

- Travel as needed for the position; less than 30% of the time

Pay:

- Entry-level solar sales representatives earn an average of $3,000-$10,000 + in commissions monthly, with the top performers earning $10,000-$15,000+
