We are currently expanding our inside sales team and looking for hungry, motivated, and coachable Sales Representatives who want to grow their career while making a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

- Follow up on warm, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling!)Conduct virtual and/or in-person consultations to educate homeowners on solar savings.

- Guide customers through customized solar proposals using industry-leading tools.

- Close deals and celebrate with a competitive commission structure Collaborate with a passionate, high-performing team.

Who You Are

- Positive, confident communicator

- Sales experience preferred (solar, home improvement, or real estate a plus—but not required)

- Must be coachable and ready to learn fast
