We deliver tailored solar and roofing solutions designed to lower costs and boost energy independence for homes and businesses across the Sunshine State.
We are seeking a Solar Incentives Specialist to join our team and help customers maximize the financial benefits of going solar. This role is responsible for managing incentive applications, staying up to date on federal, state, and local programs, and ensuring customers receive all available rebates, tax credits, and other financial incentives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about renewable energy.
- Research and maintain knowledge of all federal, state, utility and local solar incentives, rebates, and tax credits
- Guide customers and internal teams through the incentives process, including application requirements and timelines
- Prepare, submit, and track incentive applications to ensure timely approval and payment
- Collaborate with project managers, permitting teams, and finance departments to align incentives with project timelines
Maintain accurate records of applications
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in solar, construction, or related administrative roles is a plus- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar).
