Compensation Potential

- Earn $20,000 – $50,000/month or $300,000+ annually

- 1099 commission-based role with uncapped earnings

- Incentives, bonuses, swag, and all-inclusive trips for top producers

Your Responsibilities

- Self-generate deals through referrals, warm leads, and door knocking

- Run company-generated sits/leads

- Maintain 3–5 personal deals per month minimum

- Work 40+ hours per week (flexible schedule – you set your pace)

- Collaborate with a winning team while also thriving independently

- Work Location

- Must be able to work in Texas markets:

- Houston

- Dallas

- Fort Worth

- San Antonio
