What You’ll Do

- Present and promote solar solutions to homeowners through face-to-face outreach

- Generate leads and engage directly with homeowners at their door in assigned neighborhoods and at local events

- Set qualified appointments and follow up with professionalism

- Confidently explain product benefits and guide homeowners toward informed decisions

- Close deals and complete all necessary documentation

- Meet performance goals while representing Rooftop Power with integrity and enthusiasm

What You Bring

- High school diploma or GED - 1+ year of sales experience (solar a big plus!)

- Strong communication and persuasion skills

- Competitive mindset + results-driven attitude

- Self-motivated with great time management

- Positive outlook and a hunger to grow

What You’ll Get

- $95,000–$115,000+ per year (training pay +

uncapped commissions
