Location: Markham ON, Edmonton AB, Calgary AB, & Vancouver BC Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, and On-site position Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00
- Manage the development, enhancement and deployment of new or existing applications throughout the organization
- Lead in design, development/automation, construction, testing, delivery, implementation and maintenance of web applications to meet business needs
- Review and analyze existing applications or systems efficiency and develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems
- Create and manage a framework that enables the documentation of existing technical processes
- Interact with the corporate web team, communications and other departments to continually evolve and improve web delivery and integration with corporate apps and processes
- Provide assistance as required to maintain existing automations for cross-functional departments
- Using industry best practices to maintain security, governance and control processes for all applications within organization
- Provide technical knowledge transfer to team members as required
- Create and manage a product a software development lifecycle (SDLC) for organizational applications
- Responsible for establishing best practices, departmental workflow, technical resources for staff, and knowledge exchange
- Design and implement modifications, improvements or replacement of SharePoint and Power Platform product suite components based upon research, trends and standards in support of delivery improvement efforts
- Develop tools using the Power Platform to improve business systems
- Develop and recommend policies for SharePoint and or Office 365 product suite management and support, including change control, accessibility, and availability of Enterprise content
- Contribute to planning budgets for SharePoint and Office 365 product suite development, maintenance and support
- Create and manage a product a software development lifecycle (SDLC) for organizational applications
- Communicate Effectively: Read/Write email communications in a timely manner using appropriate effective communication tools. i.e., Teams’ meetings, email
- Focus on customer needs, anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of the internal and external clients to meet or exceed expectations with the organizational parameters
- Make Decisions: Assess situations to determine the importance, priority, and risk to make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interest of the organization
- Organize: set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals and track details, data information and activities.
