Job Description
The Short Interval Systems & Process Controller supports project execution by enabling and improving the
systems, tools, and processes used for short-interval planning, coordination, and project information flow across all departments.
This role focuses on system enablement, data flow, and process design rather than performing operational or
administrative tasks. Working closely with project controls, operations, engineering, and site services, the position ensures that project systems and information processes are reliable, usable, and aligned with execution needs.
Responsibilities
- Support short-interval planning and execution by enabling effective tracking of actions, commitments,
- Configure, maintain, and improve project execution tools, including Microsoft 365 applications, Power
- Support planning and reporting systems by ensuring data is accurate, timely, and usable for decision-making.
- Design and support project data collection and reporting workflows to improve execution visibility.
- Support document control systems, structures, and procedures to improve information flow (does not
- Identify and implement improvements to project support workflows that impact execution and coordination.
- Support rollout and adoption of new or improved systems and processes through training and user
- Act as a liaison between project teams and technical systems to improve usability and consistency.
- Maintain working familiarity with SAP and/or Oracle systems as they relate to project execution and
- If required to operate a company vehicle during the course of employment, must meet the requirements
to be an eligible user of company vehicles. Must possess a current State Driver’s License and
acceptable driving record.
- Responsible to keep work areas safe and free of hazards. Performs Field Level Risk Assessments.
- Must be able to comprehend written and verbal instructions as required to perform his duties in a safe
- Comply with daily, weekly and monthly safety directives, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality with respect to Redpath and client information.
- Complies with and ensure compliance with Redpath’s Policies and Procedures as detailed in the
appropriate manuals, handbooks, directives, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Able to work in excess of 40 hours a week, overtime, day and nights, weekends, holidays and shift
- Compliance with Redpath Core Competencies is an essential duty and responsibility.

Education
QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Experience supporting project systems, planning, project controls, or execution support functions
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary project environments
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Power Automate
- Experience developing or supporting Power BI reports, including use of DAX and Power Query (M)
- Familiarity with planning or scheduling tools (e.g., Deswik)
- Strong understanding of project data collection, reporting, and information flow
- Familiarity with SAP and/or Oracle project environments is preferred
- Ability to pass background clearance check, drug screening and physical.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to prepare written reports and correspondence.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- High level of attention to detail, neatness and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
