Control Systems Integrator

Cybertech Automation designs and implements Industrial Control Systems and Industrial Software for clients spanning multiple industries. By providing an Automation focused workforce (EI&C) and project execution services, Cybertech helps clients implement new control solutions, or simply maintain and upgrade legacy systems. Technologies the company specializes in includes: SCADA/HMI, PLC, DCS and SIS Control Systems. Cybertech boasts 25+ years of experience working throughout North America via its offices in Edmonton and Calgary Alberta as well as Pittsburgh PA. Milestone projects include full SCADA replacements, nationwide HMI and PLC upgrade programs, migration of critical DCS systems, and data integration including advanced analytics.

We are currently seeking a Control Systems Integrator’s to join our team in Edmonton, AB. The successful incumbent will have Intermediate to Senior experience (3-10 years+ preferred) and experience in the following areas:

Control System Integrator (PLC)

- PLC experience/training - Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider

- Control philosophy development, conceptual design, automation planning

- Control System Design & Specification (hardware, software, networking/communications)

- Programming Configuration

- Graphics development

- Industrial Data Protocols and Communications

- Testing & On-site Commissioning

- Ignition experience/training - Core Certification is an asset

- Electrical troubleshooting experience is an asset

Job Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license

- Cleared and current Criminal Background Check

- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening

Working Conditions:

- Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break per shift.
