Shipping & Receiving / Fulfillment Specialist

We are a growing company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our warehouse/fulfillment team. This is a hands-on role that combines shipping & receiving, final product preparation, photography, and pallet building — perfect for someone who takes pride in getting orders out the door perfectly every time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive incoming shipments, verify counts, inspect for damage, and accurately enter into inventory system

- Pull, finish, and prepare finished products for shipment (light assembly, labeling, adding accessories, etc.)

- Take high-quality final photos of every order (product + packaging) for customer records and quality assurance

- Package products securely using appropriate materials to prevent any damage in transit

- Build, wrap, and label pallets according to carrier requirements (LTL, freight, small

parcel)

- Load and unload trucks (using pallet jack or forklift when certified)

- Stage completed orders for pickup/delivery and process shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, freight)

- Perform final quality checks to ensure every shipment meets our standards

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping/receiving area

- Assist production/finishing departments when shipping volume is low

Requirements:

- Previous shipping/receiving, warehouse, or fulfillment experience strongly preferred

- Extreme attention to detail — you catch things others miss

- Comfortable lifting 50–70 lbs. repeatedly

- Basic computer skills (we’ll train on our system)

- Ability to take clear, well-lit photos with a smartphone or camera

- Experience building stable pallets and proper stretch-wrapping a plus

- Forklift experience or certification is a bonus (we can certify the right candidate)

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic — we move fast and help each other out

This is not a seasonal or temporary position — we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
