Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shipping Associate located in the United States. The Shipping Associate will be responsible for managing daily shipping and receiving tasks, coordinating with the Shop Lead, handling inventory, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. Additional duties include maintaining shipping records, preparing shipping documents, and communicating with customers to address their shipping inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

·       High school diploma or GED

·       At least 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified

·       Ability to understand and follow safety procedures

·       Ability to receive, track and distribute materials, supplies and equipment

·       Ability to read, sort, check, count and verify numbers

·       Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects

·       Able to work on feet for long hours in cold and warm conditions

·       Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record

·   Ability to drive a forklift
