This position is located in Burkburnett, TX , and plays an integral role in support of the manufacturing process through movement of materials around the shop floor/yard and preparing for shipment to customers, while maintaining all Quality and Safety measures.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
•Accurately log receipt of materials into inventory and ERP systems.
•Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and labeling.
•Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries; maintain shipping schedules.
•Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
•Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
•Perform cycle counts and assist in regular inventory audits.
•Collaborate with procurement, production, and customer service teams to resolve shipment discrepancies or delays.
•Wear appropriate PPE in required areas.
•Comply with all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
•High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
•Three years of verifiable work history preferred.
•Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.
•Willing & able to work overtime and shift work as required.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair and assembly operations.
•Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required.
•Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures.
•Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
•Factory environment with a large range in temperature changes.
•Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or control; talk or hear.
•Occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
•Standing, Walking, Bending/Stooping, & Push/Pull up to 8 hours daily
•Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 8 hours daily
•Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly.
•Applicants must be able to pass a Basic Skills Math Test and show ability to accurately perform cycle counts

This DAY SHIFT warehouse position is routinely scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.
